Several changes were made to the living spaces transforming it into an apartment fit for contemporary urban living for singles and families alike.
It is a 4 bedroom, 2 and a half bath apartment with floor heating and modern appliances. All closets are built in and the apartment can be leased furnished or unfirnished.

Project Midnight 到過年以前不方便帶看因為出租給劇組拍攝一個月。

入戶有寬大的玄關，讓開放式空間有一定的私密性。這個落塵區想給大家的感覺是“回家了，就把麻煩都留在外面吧”。 
背景牆，我們決定留給客人自己安排各種不同的呈現方式。目前我們只是簡單的擺設，喜歡讀書的，可以做一整面的書架放滿書，也一定很好看。有藝術才華的朋友，也可以用黑板漆塗正面牆，重復的在牆上作畫...
畢竟是通過玄關後的第一印象， 這面牆是要代表的是屋主的個性。We try to design this as neutral as possible while maintaining the spirit of UrbanDeco while at the same time leaving ample space for the new owner to make it his own.
格局是很舒服的4房3廳3衛。超大的開放式空間配中島的廚房是我們一直夢寐以求的。這是因為我終於可以直播我的烹飪才華。
想象電視里的烹飪節目， 他們都需要一個很大的中島空間料理，並要有足夠距離放攝像機，燈光等。有了這個廚房我真的感覺像明星廚師Gordon Ramsey。黑色的鋼琴烤漆和全部嵌入式的廚房電器解放了所有臺面用於操作，大膽的運用不銹鋼材料是一方面方便清理，也滿足了顏色對比效果。
1934年竣工的泰興大樓原名Medhurst Apartments 是上海優秀歷史保護建築。鋼筋混泥土結構扎實，我們在裝修的時候當然要把這些board marked concrete 驕傲的展現出來，並通過燈光的設計增加他的立體感。 
最近有一篇很火的文章就是有關泰興大樓：
